As far as “What’s The Busy Genie”…well, let us tell you that we are no ordinary indoor playground. Since the change of ownership that happened back in August 2009 when the indoor playground was named “Mary’s Playland”, the place has undergone several changes. AND, WE MOVED IN APRIL 2011 to a bigger, better location with plaza parking! It is no longer JUST an indoor playground…it is now also a child care provider and a learning centre that specializes in FRENCH and ABACUS MATH! The Busy Genie has two levels: Ground Floor ~ indoor playground, daycare; Lower Level ~ workshop and classroom.

The Busy Genie does not like to be in a stagnant position — much like the children it entertains; therefore, you will regularly note plenty of on-the-go activities. Visit this site often and/or join our mailing list to keep up to date of events inside The Busy Genie or in and around the community and surrounding areas!

She wears many hats…a norm for most business owners! She is a mother of two young kids who are her little genies and married to an awesome and supportive husband who is her real genie. Her previous experiences include: computer instructor, database developer, IT manager, martial arts practitioner and instructor, and a life coach. She’s well prepared for running a very busy indoor playground that itself wears many hats! Her ultimate goal is to serve families and communities to provide solutions and support networks.

Mauricio (Moe)

Moe is Hanna’s personal genie! He is often found helping out at parties and making sure that things are going smoothly and safely. He is fluent in Spanish and that is certainly helpful for our Spanish parties! His real business is in SR& ED. What is that, you say? Anastasia & Ethan (The Little Genies)

Hanna’s cute kids who like to feel important when they tell other kids that they can’t go into the office…only they can! LOL. They like to help out with putting things away and getting little balls from where the big genies can’t get to!
